My name is Hide Hyodo, representative of Ichiban Ryutsu Taxi.
Our company began its taxi business in 2004 and has been working alongside the people of Edogawa Ward for nearly 20 years. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your daily use.
Now that I have taken over the business from my father, I am once again reminded of the weight of responsibility and the preciousness of the bond with our customers.
This is the unchanging philosophy of Ichiban Ryutsu. However, to be honest, we feel that we have been so busy with our daily work that we have not been able to fully realize this philosophy.
As the second generation owner, I want to make a new start by placing the "customer first" above all else. Attention to detail and a comfortable space where you can relax even on a short ride.
It is my determination to provide such service to all our customers. To that end, we will focus on educating our drivers and improve the quality of our service through regular training.
If you have any complaints, please feel free to let us know and we will do our best to improve the situation as soon as possible.
